Biggest Loser Season 4!
The Biggest Loser has consistently been my favorite weight-loss reality show. The inspiring transformations and hard-hitting trainers have delivered for me season after season. The season 4 premiere (Tuesday, Sept. 11th from 8-10 PM ET) will feature 18 contestants from around the U.S.
Trainers Kim Lyons and Bob Harper will be training the standard red and blue teams (too bad, I really can’t stand Kim) but there will also be a secret black team trained by Jillian Michaels. I’m glad to see her back - I believe she was sorely missed in season 3.
The contestants are as follows:
Lezlye Donahue, 34, Metairie, Louisiana
Bill Germanakos, 40, Long Island, New York
Jim Germanakos, 40, Long Island, New York
Patty Gonzalez, 34, San Diego, California
David Griffin, 31, Cedar Hill, Tennessee
Julie Hadden, 34, Jacksonville, Florida
Phil Hawk, 27, Powell, Ohio
Jerry Lisenby, 62, Peoria, Illinois
Jez Luckett, 24, Garden City, Kansas
Nicole Michalik, 26, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania
Isabeau Miller, 21, Franklin, Tennessee
Ryan Rodriguez, 29, Jackson Heights, New York
Hollie Self, 28, Phoenix, Arizona
Neil Tejwani, 25, Marblehead, Massachusetts
Amber Walker, 30, Houston, Texas
Bryan Washington, 29, Riverdale, Georgia
Kae Whang, 27, Clark, New Jersey
Amy Zimmer, 28, Rochester, New York
(MovieWeb)
I’ll definitely be rooting for the Tennesseans!

Just a little plug on a fellow fan’s site about my live blogging of TBL! :)
I try to live blog the show every week - sometimes I can’t post my recap until the end of the show, but during TBL season, I NEVER miss an episode the night it airs. I will miss meetings, you name it. :)
Oh, did I mention that I was a semi-finalist for seasons 2 and 3? ;) And I always root for the New Yorkers… after watching tonight, I’m thinking that my fave guy is going to be Bill The Cop (soft spot for cops, and that Long Island accent! LOL ;))

You were a semi-finalist? That’s cool…I enjoyed your live blogging last night. I made sure to update it at every commercial break. Maybe it will become a tradition :)

That’s awesome, I’d love to see you there! :)
Yep - I wrote a “sidenote” to explain it all in more detail, and I’m debating on whether or not to submit for season 5 yet. :)
