Happy Halloween!
Well, tonight is Halloween night! Although there were parties over the weekend, I’m going downtown with some friends in costume (I’m a vamp - even went for false eyelashes at the MAC counter today). I plan to mainly stay away from the booze and snacks, but will be drinking plenty of club soda and Sugar Free Red Bull.
Have you stayed away from the candy this year? I’ve been various places with candy on display, but we don’t have any on hand because we live in an apartment and don’t expect any trick-or-treaters. It’s a relief, because those fun-size bars really call my name (especially Baby Ruths and Snickers - anything with nuts!)
Halloween is sort of the kickoff for the holiday season, so I’m going to do my best to be motivated in spite all the goodies that will surely be around.
Be safe tonight, and enjoy a little candy for me :)
