I’m Back!
Hey all, and I’m sorry I’ve been so flaky with the blog. We spent all week at Wrightsville Beach at a hotel with a terrible internet signal. We managed to get one outside on the deck, but this computer only holds a charge for a few minutes.
The beach was great - we got lots of exercise walking miles along the sand (which was brutal on the feet in 98 degree weather) and swimming. However, my favorite part was the food. The fresh seafood was amazing! We had crab legs, oysters (I found a pearl in one), hot crab dip, and my favorite - lobster.
My last meal there was a cheat, but it was worth it! We shared fried calamari and I had a delicious margarita.
I’ll do my best to catch up this week on my posts. Those reviews that I promised you are on the way!
