Yogitoes
So I am taking a chance and trying the yoga thing one more time. I’ll be doing it every Monday at a local place within walking distance. A friend goes there as well so that should be added motivation to stick with it. I sweat a lot when I do yoga, even if it’s not that horrible sadistic hot yoga I tried. So I picked up two Yogitoes Skidless yoga towels yesterday. I haven’t had a chance to actually use them yet but I will give you an update when I do.
I don’t need one more excuse to not go to this class. From everyone I heard from these are great and allow you to keep up with the poses without slipping and worrying about your mat getting dirty. Has anyone tried this? Tell me what you think please.
